Our Mission

To bring radical transparency to the mobile plan market, empowering consumers in Hong Kong and beyond to make smarter choices with clear, unbiased information.

Our journey began over two decades ago in Hong Kong, during the golden age of mobile innovation. As technology and service providers, we had a front-row seat to the industry's most exciting moments—from the world's first 4G network launch to witnessing mobile phone penetration rates that led the world. It was a time of incredible progress.

Yet, as we moved into 2025, we noticed a frustrating paradox. While mobile technology had become exponentially more powerful, the process of choosing a plan was stuck in the past. It remained confusing, opaque, and rarely designed with the customer's best interests in mind.

This led us to a critical question: Why is it still so difficult to get clear answers to basic questions about a mobile plan?

That question became our mission.

To build this comparison tool, we put ourselves in the consumer's shoes and were reminded of the universal headaches. Trying to compare plans felt like a nightmare of digging through fine print, chasing down answers from customer service, and piecing together conflicting information from forums.

We were going crazy trying to figure out the essentials:

• How much high-speed data is actually included?
• If data is throttled, what are the new speeds?
• Is a personal hotspot supported, and what are its limits?
• What international features are included, especially for frequent travelers?
• If a plan includes a VAS like travel insurance, how is it activated?

The information was scattered and inconsistent. We knew that if we, as industry veterans, were struggling, the average person must be completely overwhelmed.

Leveraging our decades of experience, we decided to build the tool we wished existed: a powerful, easy-to-use platform to compare mobile plans side-by-side. No more hunting for hidden details or translating confusing jargon. Our goal is to empower users—whether you live in Hong Kong, travel frequently, or are just looking for a better deal—to find the perfect plan without the headache.
